A year ago, Japanese singer GACKT teamed up with Nestlé for a series of Let's Play YouTube videos. Fittingly titled "Game Center," the videos featured GACKT attempting to play a video game every night for 365 days straight. Emphasis on 'attempt'.
The series was so popular that a second season has been announced. It will start from September 1st.
On Friday the 25th of January, there was a surprise appearance on the official Japanese PUBG MOBILE program from popular singer and actor GACKT. He was there to encourage new players to pick up the game, and show off his skills playing.
The game's official Twitter page also held a campaign to predict the highest ranking achieved during play. Whoever guesses correctly will be awarded "PUBG MOBILE" goods with GACKT's signature.
