''With only about an hour left before the doors of the Electronic Entertainment Expo closed, I ran from room to room trying to see what I had missed. The Capcom room was one that had eluded me the entire trip, so I made sure to run into the room like I was supposed to be there and jumped in line for some hands-on time with the PlayStation 3 version of Resident Evil 5 (fun fact: we overheard them mention that they were told just days before the event that they needed to feature the PS3 version, and had to rush to set up because of it).
I eventually sat down and began to play, familiarizing myself with the controls. I don't know what I expected, but for some reason I found myself surprised at the game's similarity to Resident Evil 4. It controlled identically, and I didn't understand at first why I couldn't strafe, or shoot while moving. I eventually put myself back into the Resident Evil mindset and realized that this was simply its prequel, with ridiculous graphics.''
