Dark Souls 3 won't be the final game in the Souls series, game director Hidetaka Miyazaki has clarified.
TheGamer writes, "Some weapons resist the test of time."
The Nerd Stash: “Whether you’re here to gloat about your victories or to see what the fuss is about, we present to you the hardest bosses in the Souls series.”
Dark Souls 3 is easily the most replayable game in the Dark Souls Series. But, is the game good enough to spend nearly 10 hours killing Silver Knights alone?
These games bore me to tears. I don’t mind the difficulty it’s just the constant killing the same enemies over every time you rest that makes it so monotonous
Am i the only one here who's burnt out by the series?
I feel like they're releasing these games too quick.
I hope they do something with Tenchu...
We have way so many games that claim to be the grand finale for the series...only for another title to come along and continue the franchise
Not burned out, but I don't want them to kill themselves connecting the lore and forcing a fit that simple doesn't. Dark Souls I and II are heavily connected and a third game is totally doable, but for how much longer, we'll see. Demon's Souls and Bloodborne are similar, but they have their own unique lore.
I do have one concern though: doesn't FromSoft have 2 teams? From my understanding, team A did Demon's Souls, Dark Souls I, and Bloodborne while team B did Dark Souls II, Scholar of the First Sin, and is currently working on Dark Souls III. I'd rather they take their time and let the Dark Souls I/Demon's Souls/Bloodborne team handle Dark Souls III because that's where the magic happens.
As long as Miyazaki is the director, I'll be all around this game. I liked DS2, but not as much as I loved DeSo and the first DS. I'll buy this game, no doubt.
Now, all we need this year is the Bloodborne expansion and my 2015 is all served.
