An ad in the latest Famitsu's hinting that Atlus may be about to announce Shin Megami Tensei 4.
PS3 needs this
You DO know they've been developing a new SMT game for PS3 for a looong time now, right? http://ps3.ign.com/objects/... http://www.destructoid.com/... http://www.n4g.com/ps3/News... http://ps3.ign.com/articles...
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, has already been released in Japan for the PS2 and will be released here in the U.S. later this year. If anything it'll probably be Persona 5 for the PS3, not 4.
Shin Megami Tensei 4 = The 4th installment in the Shin Megami Tensei series. Persona, Digital Devil Saga, Nocturne... They're all different, you know.
yay! .... uh wasnt this announced december last year? maybe its the next gen Persona xD (Persona 5) omg omg omg, keep those rpgs coming Atlus and Sony! cant wait till Square enix party and the shocking news xD
even so, those greens eyes on the cat make this ominous feeling that it cud be on the 360. :( but if announced for ps3, along with ZOE3 (if thats the robot game teased about) then the ps3 will really be getting some great games to add to its growing collection.
Green eyes = 360? Wtf? Atlus said they're continuing Shin Megami Tensei on PS3, not 360. And Atlus doesn't make ZOE, Konami does.
First we get an announcement for Persona 4 and now this? Atlus sure is roping in the PS owners if this is the rumored PS3 project being announced. EDIT: Also, what is the website on the ad page? Is it supposed to be www.newmoon.jp? Because I can't tell with the glare and the page fold.
I take it all back. I can pretty much bet on the fact it isn't SMT4. That cat is a dead giveaway for Goto from Kuzunoha Raidou (which is known as Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha Vs. The Soulless Army). Goto was Raidou's partner in SMT:DSRK and he was a black cat with green eyes.
This is great news I hopes its true.
