UGO writes: "The temptress of tunnels returns in her newest adventure, Tomb Raider: Underworld, and right off the bat, we experienced a completely new, never-before-seen Tomb Raider moment!
Our level started about ten minutes after the start of the game, with Lara standing on the back of a boat… in the middle of the Mediterranean sea. She leaps off the boat into the water, with miles of open sea to explore, but that's not our goal; we're going down, and we don't have to worry about running out of air. Thankfully, this time out Crystal Dynamics has opted to offer Lara scuba gear for this level that has us descending into the ocean to explore a hidden temple. The idea is to encourage exploration, not panic, and we begin our leisurely swim to the bottom. On the way, we're forced to shoot sharks with a spear gun and in one particular act of brutality launch a sticky grenade onto the nose of a shark, which exploded a few seconds later. There are non-lethal tranquilizer darts, but Jaws is no friend of ours. You can also take pictures of the surroundings with your digital camera, if you're feeling especially passive, and those will be uploaded online for people to retrieve via the web."
