This exploit / glitch allows you to make 1000 crowns per minute in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. You must buy shells from a merchant, dismantle them and then sell the pearls for a higher price.
I didn't watch the vid, but I'm wondering WHY do this? There was a time I was struggling financially in W3, needing money to repair swords OR find a new one...and I LOVED IT!!! It felt great to get myself out of that hole, and earn money to get myself in good enough shape to tackle the harder stuff. I'm playing on the 2nd to last hardest difficulty (forgot the name) so I can't just meditate and get back health. Absolutely love the game, and exploits like this would take away from that experience. Don't do it people. Do yourself a favor and play a legit walkthrough.
I agree. I love the game, hardships and all. That 3000 sword wouldn't mean much if I didn't work to pay for it. You can make money, just farm and take contracts like the game wants you to.
You can also get a loan or exchange currency at the bank in Novigrad. I ended up making 1000 crowns just from exchanging currency. Plus, I'm a bit of a loot whore and pick up everything. So selling all my items to the right merchant has got me quite a bit of coin.
i hope i don't break your game here, but i'm playing on the hardest difficulty and every time i meditate my potions/bombs/oils get restocked. so simply use swallow to max health and meditate again to fill up.. You may not have crafted swallow yet and waste all your crowns on bread?
No I use swallow, but what i meant is that on lower difficulties you can regain health by simply meditating :)
Does anyone know if this works on the day 1 patch? Cuz I have the day 1 patch installed. X1.
Yes, works with day 1 patch on XB1/PS4.
ok cool thanks
Yeah I might do this once but just cant see myself ruining the experience. I'm on Death March. Edit: watched the vid, on 2nd thought maybe not. Looks to kill the experience quickly...
Why do this? Because everyone finds enjoyment in the game in different ways. If it's not for you, just don't do it. Some people find more enjoyment in not being restricted. I'd never tell someone they are playing the game wrong.
also not watching the video.. i kind of prefer being broke and having to rely on whatever i have, although i am a bit surprised people pay so poorly for my expert monster slaying.
Wow! That's sweet! Great tip!
THIZ IZ INZAN3!
How to instantly make the game null and void, no thanks.
