you would be suprised low v high settings, high setting although obviously look better it's by no means a country mile better.
This is pretty common these days, games don't scale as well as they used to. Look at games from 2007-2009, low settings looked WAY worse than high, but that's what you should expect. Edit: Low still looks pretty good here, though there is still a difference. More of a difference than a lot of games these days tbh.
