eSports Yields Huge Profits for Advertisers

In a post this morning by Pat Walker, Vice President of Insights and Analytics at EEDAR, eSports viewers spend significantly more on computer software and hardware than average gamers.

According to a recent EEDAR analytics report, eSports viewers spend approximately $200 more on computer hardware and peripheral computer accessories (mouse, keyboard, headset, etc.) than non-participants; they spend twice as much money on peripherals and 30% more on computer hardware.
