problem is the line between Preference and fanboyism for some people is a very fine wisp of a line, and they can't distinguish between the two...

i, certainly, prefer PS consoles, but i have no problem playing a game i'm interested in on the platform it is only available on...

tbh, seeing fanboy meltdowns are quite entertaining whatever you prefer...

Sure, but if your honest preference is one console and you have no interest in anything on the others you're automatically labeled a fanboy.

I definitely agree about the entertainment value of a fanboy meltdown, but again even a calmly presented comment can be labeled a meltdown.

Like you said it's a fine line and the person interpreting where that line is makes all the difference in how a discussion goes. Some people could make a legit comment but it won't matter because of all their past "trolling", whether it was actual trolling or not.

Ehhh… humans...

fanboy is idiot term by default ...to be fan is not bad thing is my f..ing free right to like fanatically whatever i want ...to be hypocrite , blind fan that is the problem , when you deny facts in order serve your ego or other purposes (aka biased journalism)

@breakpad - Agreed. An honest opinion isn't trolling or fanboyish, but it's often labelled as such.
