Should Games Always Provide A Demo?

Yes because it's different when you try a game by yourself

Yes, because not only does it does it give me a feel for what's to come (and may cause to pick up a title day one if I enjoyed it.) but I respect any developer nowadays who has the confidence to let their product do the talking minus the smokes, mirrors and claims which usually reek of snake oil.
