It has already been rumored that the next Assassin’s Creed title will be set in Victorian London, and the teaser confirms that with a few indicative hints cleverly placed in the official site of the new title as well as in the teaser.
How about people stop with articles till Tuesday. It's the official reveal, literally everything up until then is considered speculative in my book.
Canadians can write? I thought all they knew was how to say MOOO. MOOOOOOOOOO ...MOOOOOOO!
That doesn't even make sense.
@TheOpenWorlder When you use childish insults the only person you're making look bad is yourself.
Marked for Personal attack.
Good thing this not coming to Wii U. The Wii U is too underpowered
Cant belive people are saying the xbox has no power. I own both consoles graphics wise you need to put two tvs next to each other to notice the difference! Some games play better on Xbox One some play better on PS4 to me the consoles are equal. Now behave yourselfs..
Sales of past Ubisoft games on Wii U is why it's not coming to that platform.
No, its because the Wii U is for kids and the Wii U can't run the game
No, sales of past Ubisoft games on Wii U is why it's not coming to that platform.
get ready for the onslaught of articles moaning about the assassin not being a woman.
Or a dwarf.
Or a gay female dwarf
Or a panda.
Or a gay female dwarf panda
Or gay female and black
If it was a woman we'd then have articles about her being victimized by violent men and how they would be raping her when they make physical contact during combat.
Seriously if it's actually called that what was wrong with Victory. Sounds way more fitting for the setting It sounds futuristic
Err how does the word Victory correlate with Victorian times other than pronounciation, its a pretty broad term.
It was a code name. Although, Victory fit the setting. This new nomenclature they are using, stepping away from numbers is cool.
Shame they did Assassins Creed IV: Black Flags They should of dropped the numbers after the third one. It's like Halo doing the opposite and giving it a subtitle on the fifth game when they should of started with Halo 4
Same game as unity with an English skin all over it, pretty sure about that.
well thats what ubisoft does now. they'll use the same engine as unity for another 3 games probably.
If it is the same game but without bugs, glitches, huge fps spikes from day one, I'll already consider this a win. Of sorts... And since I skipped Unity, I would definitely get this. Victorian London at last, after all.
I hope for an actual co-op campaign instead of just side missions & filler.
Releasing holiday 2015.....will be done, patched, fixed, and complete 6 months later.
How about that assassin creed 2016 tho!
Can't wait for this years unfinished $60 fee to pay microtransaction-fest at 900p 30fps...
Why is it that almost every game set in England is always set in bloody London? There s more cities in England that London you know.
London has a good reason to be used as a setting for games based in historical events, as the city was founded just under 2,000 ago in the year 43AD. Most of the cities were founded much, much later. London is a ton more interesting a setting from a historical perspective because it has been through more than most of the other English cities. It's also one of the most recognizable cities in the world, which is the primary reason it gets used a lot.
Don't get me wrong London has a lot of historical events. But other cities also have a lot of history and a lot of interesting history. For example with Assassin's Creed Victory looking set to be set in Victorian times (mid 1830s to early 1900s) Liverpool: In the early 1900s the city was regarded as the second city of the British empire. The city was was also the first city in the world to have a inter-urban rail link to another city and also had world's first fully electrically powered overhead railway. Plus if Victory brings back being able to sail boats. The Liverpool docks would nice to see in he game.
Unity only jus came out ! grabbing bastards :/
... You realize they've been doing this for five years, right? You make it sound like it's a new thing they're doing.
Do they expect us to get excited after Unity? At the moment I'm totally underwhelmed.
People talk about this game too much. I can't wait for E3!
