How two games helped resurrect Wii U sales

Nintendo president and CEO Satoru Iwata attributes the Wii U's recent sales increase to the release of two multiplayer games in 2014 — Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U — and its ability to keep people playing them.

The story is too old to be commented.

Polygon missed out on the splatoon demo.... wow talk about the cursing and crushing that where handed out. Luckily no voice chat was needed. Team ethier pay attention to what is happening or die! What polygon fails to see is all of these games are skill based. Mario kart all skill based. Smash super skill based. Now splatoon is like a nintendo quake orgasm. It's all skill based. Highly addictive great fun. I mean graphics are fun too but bad or boring game play just sucks. I avoid it like the plague. If you actually like games you can't go wrong with a nintendo console. These guys know gaming.
