4 Things Bloodborne Should Do Better

GI

Developer From Software released a patch for Bloodborne today, addressing one of players’ primary concerns: long load times. This fix makes a good game even better – but despite all of the adulation and impressive sales, Bloodborne still isn’t perfect.

I finished Bloodborne earlier this week, and really enjoyed the experience as a whole. However, even the best games have areas that could use improvement. As I played, I couldn’t help thinking about the adjustments to Bloodborne – not just load times – that would make a world of difference.

n4g should implement the ability to see who are the morons who are disagreeing.
BB is a masterpiece. If you guys have nothing else to do then you can watch live streams of it :D

The live streams are hilarious, watching people get spanked by bosses.

The game is great but no game is perfect but BB does everything on this list fine. A better sense of direction would benefit the game a lot. When I fir st play I kept running into dead ends and eventually found my way by accident.

They need to make playing multiplayer easier between friends. Aside from that, it's gaming nirvana for me.

Absolutely love this game but its almost as if they went out of their way to make co-op impossible. I have spent so much insight and time waiting for somebody - anybody to help me out with certain boss battles. After 30 minutes waiting I would say f*** it and go it alone. The 2 times (out of approx 20 tries) someone did join me they died immediately,(appreciate the effort though. There has to be an easier way to match make, and I dont think its fair I lose insight if no one shows up. I just gave up now and dont invite anyone anymore.

Worked quite well for me the times I needed co-op help , and every time someone helped me I stuck around at the boss to help others.

make sure your settings are set to worldwide. I had the same problem for ages when it was set to regional but now after changing it i never have problems f̶i̶n̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶p̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶m̶u̶r̶d̶e̶r̶ finding lots of lovely people to play with.

Storytelling is an issue???? Really????

The game puts you in the perspective of the character and that's it. There are no long cutscenes, no long texts, no long dialogues explaining every little detail holding your hand through the story. It's all about understanding by yourself what's happening as if you were really walking in the streets of the city. That's the charm of the game.

The only thing I agree about is the multiplayer. I wish I could MM with friends with more ease.

Yep, you've always had to figure out the story in the Souls games. It tends to be hidden in dialogue or item descriptions, that people might often miss or skip over.

A youtuber named EpicNameBro (who also worked on the strategy guide this time around) has done some work on the lore or back stories for pretty much all of the souls games (and BB which is a work in progress atm).
