Fans of the Trine game series, today's a good day for you guys. Frozenbyte has released Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power. The third installment in the Trine game series is only available on PC, and that too via Steam Early Access.

Frozenbyte dropped a heavy hint about Shadwen releasing on PS4. The studio also apologized for Trine 3's miscommunication and vowed to return to the IP in the future.
If only more companies would admit when the messed up outside of when they were trying to sell us something.
Indeed. It helps in this case that they don't have any publisher, so they're free to say whatever they actually think.
I am so tired of corporate speak and spin control when they mess up. I get they have millions invested in a title and need to recoup their investment as well as protect the franchise, but sometimes and apology does far more good than spin control.
I think you're in the wrong article....Or you didn't read the article. This particular piece has nothing to do with Sony admitting anything. It's about the devs of Trine 3 apologizing for the mistakes they made in Trine 3. Whatya do see PS4 in the paragraph and assume Sony must've done something wrong? They(Frozenbyte) will most likely be releasing their new game Shadwen on PS4 though. That's really the only mention of PS4 in the entire article.
