Attack Games Ltd is delighted to share forthcoming plans and information about its hit iOS game, “Crack Attack”, available to download now on iPhone and iPad.
Jason Clement of G4@Syfygames writes "There are few video game developers these days that are quite so beloved and storied as Rare, but also the source of much contention between fans. The company that exists today is largely not the same one that was creating games 20 years ago, a fact that has especially divided fans of their earlier games. However, few can deny that they're responsible for some of the most classic games from the past 30 years. From R.C. Pro-AM to Battletoads, Donkey Kong Country to Banjo-Kazooie, GoldenEye to Perfect Dark, and Conker's Bad Fur Day to Viva Pinata, Rare was virtually untouchable for a period of time where the quality of their games was rarely (if ever) called into question."
All the best people left. Microsoft shelled out all that money for an empty shell of the former great rare.
Do you guys remember when MS actually thought they owned Donkey Kong? ROFL.
There's nothing magical about the Rare guys. They made awesome IP like Conker but there's no reason other talented people can't use it to great effect.
Crack Attack! is an iOS-only Match 3 game from Crash Lab that’s supposed to be the right kind of title for anyone who’s bored of the same old matching games. According to the developer’s description, the game will teach you how to think outside the egg carton, because instead of the classic Match 3 mechanics we know from most titles, you need to do more than just make lines. There are many levels to explore, many eggs, many creatures, with more being added all the time. And of course, there’s the requisite storyline that comes with the game. Now, that we’ve given you a quick preview of the title, let’s show you a few Crack Attack! cheats, tips and tricks to help you get the highest possible score.
Things are looking up again, which is a nice thing to be able to say. It's been a gruelling and uncertain few years but, with new consoles on the horizon and the mobile gold rush settling into slightly more predictable patterns those studios which have survived the turmoil are finding their feet again.
