seems like a pretty good choice in this moment in time.

think they only needed a model that can do motion capture, dont need them doing voice work due to the nature of the character.

she seems pretty decent at. japanese, im not a japanese speaker myself so dont know if its any good but she can do a lot of promotional work for the game which she has done already.
