An updated list of discounted Wii U exclusive games include Bayonetta 2 (with Bayonetta included) at $54.03, Hyrule Warriors at $48.99, Super Mario 3D World $48.52 and more.

These prices are a complete joke. Games like these really aren't worth $50-60 even at launch, they all should be $20 bargain bin titles by now.

The only reason the prices stay high, is because Nintendo simply refuses to lower prices due to their extreme greed, and the tiny core of diehard loyal fans will pay anything just to get another Mario game. No wonder the Wii U has failed, games for it are a complete ripoff, and Nintendo never gives deals on anything at all.

Even the Wii U itself should be $200 max by now, if not less, considering what meager components go into making it. But Nintendo's own greed prevents them from lowering the price, so the sales continue to dwindle to tiny levels.

I agree the sales are horrible especially for old games, but you are definitely wrong to say these games aren't worth full price at launch. Bayonetta and super Mario 3d world are two of the most critically acclaimed games to come out for this generation of consoles. Both are excellent games. I do wish that Nintendo didn't practice artificial scarcity and monopolize their library though. Pikmin 3 came out years ago. It's simply not worth 60 dollars anymore. Go to eBay and it is even higher than the retail price because of Nintendo's purposefully low production counts. That's how you combat used game sales right there.

superchiller is like the reverse Nintendrone. One can say no wrong about Nintendo and he cannot say anything right about Nintendo. Neither is good if one wants to have a discussion about Nintendo.

Personally, Target's Buy 2 get 1 free and Best Buy's Gamerclub unlocked are how I get discounted Wii U exclusives. These discounts on Amazon are not as good as either in my opinion.

Completely agree chiller. The nintendo fanboy mentality is hilarious. They'll gladly pay full price for games years old. I do think the games at launch are worth $50-$60, but those titles mentioned should be in the $20 range by now.

Pretty absurd, it's the main thing I hate about nintendo. While other great games drop in price quickly, ninty games stay the same. Some of their exclusives are so great that you just have to buy them, but many I ignore because I will always have to pay a high price.

The wii u is cheap but Nintendo games never drop in price much if at all and with these being the majority of the games on this system it makes it very expensive to play on.
