Paperbound Review | Entertainment Buddha

EB: Paperbound looks charming, plays perfectly, and offers a unique spin on the time tested brawler/fighting game mechanic with its gravity inversion. The original characters all feature lovely artistic designs, while the special characters from other Indie games will make you appreciate when Indie devs support each other. The 18 maps all feature unique builds that can change how you must fight to guarantee success, and those with fast-twitch abilities will definitely shine in combat. The only downside to this title is that it only supports local multiplayer, so if you’re a lone wolf that doesn’t like to be around other breathing humans, or just don’t live by your gaming buddies, you may want to consider if playing against bots is enough to satisfy the extremely low retail price of $9.99.
