Best Buy's weekly deals for March 29th are now live.
call em up for a BF Hardline price adjustment folks, i just got $20 credited and with my $10 rewards Hardline cost me about $20 only
Thanks for the tip, I just got mine refunded as well!
Is the Best Buy gamer club worth it??I know they just lowered the price to $30 a year instead of the $99 I believe
The main benefit is 20% off new games, you make the $30 back if you buy three $60 games. Combine that with the reward points, which isn't GCU exclusive though, that's 100 points per game, or about $2 BestBuy credit.
And some games have a pre order bonus of 10$ back in reward points. You can get a day 1 brand new have for 38 + tax
Yup, it's actually better than getting at most other places, though that's not considering that the others might have better pre-orders bonuses, but meh. Anyway, $30 for all that is a crazy deal.
Ok two more questions 1.Will the 20% off work on Collector editions? 2.If I buy lets say 2 copies of BF:HL will the 20% be applied to each copy or is it just one 20% for both copies?
You have a limit of 3 copies of a game that the 20% will apply to, all launch packages(including basic and Collector's) count towards this limit, but GOTY editions start a new limit. It's all here in this FAQ too :p http://forums.bestbuy.com/t...
It's 30$ for 2 years by the way. Imo more than worth it, just for the 20% off alone. Then throw in 10$ reward credit for preorders and extra credit for trade-ins and other purchases. It's a no brainer.
Absolutely worth it. I just got it 2 weeks ago. In that time I bought FF Type 0 for $60 and got $12 off. This week I bought Sunset Overdrive for $60 and got $12 off again. Almost paid for itself. And over the span of 2 years that'll be a lot of savings. What I am really happy about is that its not just for new releases. It counts towards all newly sealed games just not preowned games.
Wait what really??SO i could go in right now and get Hardline which is $40 and it would come out to like $32 give or take?
Yes, all non-used games are 20% off! So you CAN get BFHL for $32 :). Don't forget that's 64 reward points, and each point is 2 cents BestBuy credit.
Yep, I just went and finally got Advanced Warfare for $32. It was the last one that I saw for the X1. Got lucky. But Hardline was no where to be found. I'm sure they will restock soon. Already paid for itself.
