2023 marks the 10-year anniversary of the ID@Xbox indie publishing program. The program has helped bring over 3,000 games to Xbox, and paid out more than $4 billion to developers. Director of ID@Xbox Chris Charla looks back at the last decade – and looks forward to what’s still to come.
Xbox Wire: "It’s summer time and we’ve got another scorching hot line-up of game demos ready just for you! This will be our third ID@Xbox Summer Game Fest Demo event as part of Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest promotion. Starting June 21st and running through June 27th, you’ll be able to play over 30 demos of upcoming unreleased games for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One!"
Some of the ones they showed last year ended up being bangers.
Hoping the same this year. Broken Pieces has me interested.
From Xbox Wire: "It’s time! We are excited to showcase 40 awesome demos of unreleased games on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Just like last year’s Summer Game Demo event, you can download and play these in the comfort of your own home between June 15 – 21.
Demos will be playable starting today, and we encourage you to continue to check the Xbox Dashboard on your console as more will continue to become available throughout the week! Keep in mind that most of these demos are an early look at gameplay and may not represent the full game at their release, including the availability in each country as developers continue to update and refine their title ahead of launch."
Why hasn't MS brought back High Heat Baseball or gotten EA to sell the Triple Play franchise or gotten a lifetime exclusively for Xbox one . No offense but RBI sucks .
MS needs to take this franchise and give it a more serious tone and look. If the rumors of them bringing back Joe Montana Football then they should do the same for Baseball.
Maybe a Willie Mays Baseball ;)
If anything MS needs to bring back XSN and dedicate a whole channel for Win 10 and Xbox to their own sports franchise.
