Sean Appleby writes "The recent release of Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number and the controversy surrounding it prior to release sparked my interest to write an article. I should disclose at the time of this article being written I have not finished Hotline Miami 2; however my opinions concern widely available information about the game. I do not wish to centre this discussion solely on Hotline Miami however at the current time it’s at the forefront of this argument about boundaries in video games and just what is” too far”. Not to mention it’s at the head of the discussion of consumer responsibility and how much a government should intervene in the ability of a consumer to make his own decisions. As expected, spoilers for Hotline Miami 2 will follow"
