Netflix has some great original shows (Orange is the new black, house of cards) and can get you caught up of network shows you missed or where unavailable in your country. They also have tons of films ranging from obscure indies to Hollywood blockbusters, spanning decades...

This is little more than title spin. MS are not helping launch anything. They're giving away 3 months worth of Netflix with the purchase of a 'bone. Now we just need to wait for the insane "MS are really stepping it up" PR spin BS comments to...oh. Too late.

The films sound good. I wonder what it will do to all the existing TV licenses here in Oz. I guess they will slowly taper out and end up on Netflix only.

Microsoft are really stepping up their campaign to be that one piece of hardware in our living rooms for entertainment. Personally, I'm enjoying Stan at the moment so migh give this one a pass.

I'm currently enjoying Foxtel and think I'll be enjoying it even more when they make their deals better thanks to all the healthy competition coming via Stan and Netflix. It's been too long that Oz has been a one horse town.
