It's important to note that Bloodworth (dude with long hair) scored the game what it would probably be worth under the conditions where double standards didn't exist and where consistency in gaming media institutions was well maintained.
He obviously didn't let the length (even though it's a 8-10 hour game) warp his opinion of what the game achieves and does well. Price is not a constant, it's a variable. The price of The Order: 1886 will depreciate over months and years, and those coming to your website for an informed opinion of the game in a few months of years will not be relevant if you factor price vs. length into the final score.
