Diablo III Player Reaches Level 1000 Without Dying

Gaining 1000 Paragon levels in Diablo III is no small feat and it's only accomplished by a very few amount of players. But doing it on Hardcore difficulty, where your character's death is permanent, that's some next level insanity. Russian player Nokieka is the first in the world to do it.

The story is too old to be commented.

Well if it ain't asian its a Russian ;o;

Magicite1368d ago

Yep, Russians are best ^_^

Swiggins1368d ago

Russian players can be downright scary sometimes. Must be because they're iron forged from winter snow, vodka and pure grit.

My hat's off to this guy, that takes some insane dedication...I wonder what he'll do next?

Because "Asian" is a country like "Russia"? /s Clown go back to school.

I passed it solo on expert first play through earning 4 paragon levels without dying but 3 times. The game is too easy so this doesn't impress me at all. All 3 times I could have avoided easily as they were all from rushing too far ahead

Agreed. Its a nice accomplishment, but its nowhere near the likes of say platinum Demons Souls sans dying.

Diablo is basically a game in which any 5 year old pick up and kick ass at.

Not dying even once is more of an achievement than dying a billion times to beat a game, and he's playing online which is huge.

Try playing torment 6

Highlife1368d ago

Yes and I still stand by my comment. First play through was too easy. Never said it doesn't get harder.

You need to relax

Highlife1368d ago

He said his first play through. I thought the same thing. Game was way too easy on the first play through. Torment 6 is locked for awhile. To be honest by time you unlock it you have already beat the game and I didn't feel like continuing.

Mikeyy1368d ago

If you played Diablo 1 or 2 you would understand how wrong you are. You don't beat diablo. Or any loot hunting game. You are supposed to play it over and over getting better and better.

First play through means nothing. You accomplished nothing you are still a diablo noob.

So I stand by my post. Play torment 6 then tell me it's too easy.

He did this on Hardcore, but did he do it on Normal difficulty or on one of the Nightmare difficulties? Hardcore setting is separate from the difficulty setting. It really is pretty easy to not die on Hardcore if set to Normal difficulty. The enemies become absolute pushovers. I got the trophy on PS4 for completing the game and reaching level 70 on Hardcore and am well into the Paragon leveling on it. Lvl 1000 Paragon would be more patience and time than skill like this. I haven't put that much time into it.

Mutant-Spud1368d ago

It would take forever to get to 1,000 on normal, the point of gradually moving up to harder difficulties is the XP increase with each level. And Diablo 3 isn't easy if you're playing hardcore, my last character was going along nicely in nightmare then got hit with jailer/freezing/poison/desecra tor all at once and died, it's the randomeness which gets you.

"How do you kill that which has no life."
