Yesterday, Pocket Gamer reported that Apple is cracking down on games that show firearms in their App Store screenshots, icons, and preview videos.
Developer War Chest, for example, chose to pixelate the weapons in the screenshots for its QTE action game Tempo to skirt the Apple ban.
But Pocket Gamer has done better than that. They've carefully hidden the guns in the screenshots for five iOS shooters in such a subtle way that you won't even realise they're gone!

Making this iOS exclusive (and subscription only!) was so freaking stupid. Perfectly encapsulates SEGA's decision making process.
Great I'll just wait for a port someday, what a damn shame with their decision making.
It's not like they needed Apple money to make smaller Sonic title too.
Leniu Games has started taking pre-registrations of its Nordic fantasy open world MMO, Flame of Valhalla. This game features the War of Gods erupted in the mystical realm of Asgard, known as the land of gods as seen in various movies and TV series. The game is expected to release in first half of May 2024.
