The latest issue of the Japanese comic magazine Shonen Jump had a page on Final Fantasy XV, and it showcased something definitely interesting.
Cant wait.1 month 6 days to go ,theyre scans btw.
For a moment I thought "1 month 6 days? it's gonna be at least another year." then I remembered that the demo's coming. lol.
Yeah that scared me a bit
lol ill take whatever i get, the wait has been far too long. actual release date, im guessing is somewhere b/w december to march.i know its odd but the untextured railway station has really escalated my expectations. i mean compare it to LR FFXIII. when something as insignificant (in the large picture) is so grand and detailed, one can only imagine how bigger more relevant areas will look like. i for one cant wait for FFs return to form.and i hope it does
@vishmarx There was a Chinese intervieuw where Tabata said they had the textured version of the station (they didnt want to spoil) but he still wasnt aware they would show an untextured version (it was his team decision to showcase it). Expect textures that station looked almost like complete (you could even see the clouds moving behind the windows (weather system is working better and better )).
1 month to what ? what happend then
Simply gorgeous looking. This game might be the best-looking Final Fantasy ever made.
Pictures Look great but the menu looks a bit boring and solid...what do you think?
I think it is just an XP menu or a camping menu. If you are going to camp/lvl 300 times , a menu this minimalist is good.
it looks kinda bland and average, if pictures were released last wek i wouldnt have cared that much. persona 5 just made menus so vibrant and exciting that ffxv menu just looks like it gave up.
i loooove the menu from P5
That menu looks really neat! But can this mean you don't directly level up, but rather store XP until you can use it up at a camp?
A bit like Elder Scrolls Oblivion, no?
I thaught more of a Dark Souls like feature, where you need to use the games checkpoints to level up at. But really, that would be weird to do in a Final fantasy Game...
where did you get that idea? can you read japanese? i never thought of it like that at all, but i guess it can be a good idea. we are supposed to camp out atleast once every 3 days, old man gets tired and the bonus buffs we get will probably be important. a lot of open world rpg kinda feels wierd when your characters are dying, but then you lvl up and all your hp/mp is back to max. kinda takes away the pressure from before.
" You’ll level up using the experience you accrued during the day while camping. You can also get stat buffs by eating and prepare equipment."
