A lot of people can relate to this story; male or female. Gaming is the thing that a lot of us had when the rest of the world shunned is. Great article!

I relate so much.... I'm now 30 years old and have retook gaming as a way to cope with very bad depression... unfortunately I have given all hope of ever finding a girl or becoming not socially incompetent

I too have dealt with severe depression, and the feeling of being out of place that oftentimes accompanies it. As cliche as it sounds, you find the right person whenever you're not looking for them.
OT: I really enjoyed this article.

Simply an awesome article with a profound message that we all can relate to. I'll always be a gamer and nothing or no one will change that.
