IGN Retro: Granada Review

Granada was a watershed moment for Wolf Team as a developer and Telenet as a publisher. In the next three years, they would release dozens of games on computers and consoles alike. It was a rollercoaster ride that came crashing down all too soon when restructuring sparked a mass exodus that would cost Wolf Team its president and most of its staff, including Granada's creator, Toshio Toyota.

It wouldn't be the last gamers heard of him, though; Toyota went on to co-found GAU Entertainment and designed, among many other games, one of the Genesis' greatest sleeper hits, Ranger-X. When you play Granada, it isn't hard to see those early flashes of genius.
