We all have our "guilty pleasure" games but really, there's no reason to feel guilty. Now's the time to defend your favorite guilty pleasure title!
Ohhhh DDR...ISOOOOOOO GOOOD!!
So does this guy throw a sock on the door when he is with his system and this game.
Dark Sector and Quantum Theory.......
I can understand Dark Sector, which was a nice little game, but after playing the Quantum Theory demo, it looked atrocious.
I really like the art direction, changing landscapes and the soundtrack was really well done. The premise wasn't half bad either just needed some revision. The gameplay however needed an overhaul.
Dead Island and Elder Scroll Online.
Never been ashamed to admit that I love the DOA games. Not really the volleyball games but the actual fighting games. I even went out of my way to play Tina's arcade mode in DOA5 to get all of her default outfits. I may main Helena but I love Tina too :p I don't care what people say about it just being boobs and bikini DLC, it's a legit fighting game with some awesome fanservice for both guys and girls. Other than that I don't really have any games I have to defend my enjoyment of, though I suppose these days I have to defend my like of COD and LoL, haha.
persona3&4 and my bizarre crush on fake anime girls. im playing 'em both right now! relax, im 1/4th perver-- i mean, japaneese. ^_^.
Japan's women need you now more than ever!
Persona isn't a guilty pleasure it's just pleasure.
you, are absolutely right. :)
I enjoyed Sonic 06............
Pausing street fighter when you tripped Chun Li and looking at her undies... I am ashamed.... (goes in corner)
I had the arcade board for Street Fighter 2, I took it a step further and looked through each sprite animation in the settings. The shame!
Not sure if there is more involved than I'm aware of, but simply playing any game based on the wide range of topics covered by books and movies should be the same. There is a line that is not crossed, but there is plenty of fodder without going to far. I'm not into books but seems to me the reading community probably dealt with "acceptable" content over the last few hundred years too.
Just because I'm a man doesn't mean I have a 'guilty pleasure' game. Personally I think the objectification of women and obsession over the 'hottest booties in gaming' is kind of gross and not attractive at all. I base my attraction to someone on my connection with her and our compatibility, so these basically naked women that I'll never have conversations or interactions with don't do anything for me. Sorry.
