Media Create published the latest gaming sales from Japan, including first week sales for Tales of Zestiria and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse.
Nice for TO Zestiria.
Tales has a 1.5 star rating on Amazon LOL. Fans are not pleased with the DLC plans they have and are letting other gamers know about it.
That doesn't tell me anything about the DLC plans. That tells me- or should- what they think of the game proper. Abysmal DLC sales would tell me what they think of the DLC plans, just as game sales tell me what they think of the game.
I would be so much more excited for Kirby and the Rainbow Curse if we weren't forced to look at the gamepad the entire time we play.
Just another example of forcing gimmicky use of the gamepad, just because it's there. It really distracts from gameplay rather than adding to it. And if people want a map or inventory on a regular console, they just press a button, and it's immediately there on the TV. No reason for a second screen. It's a shame Nintendo poured so many resources into the gamepad, leaving the console itself severely gimped and unable to handle current generation games.
it the same as Canvas Curse on DS. Best to wait for Kirby Action Platformer
Kirby didnt seem to help much. Mario maker's the only game with the potential to sell wii u WW, and its not out until who knows when. Until then PS4 will close the gap
Is Mario Maker going to be popular? It seems a little basic to me.
It is basic, and that's why it'll work. I think if advertised right and if it gets good youtube exposure with the online levels (it surely will) it can be one of the systems biggest hits. Question is, when does it release? They said Q1 but the latest direct didnt talk about it at all.
Why isn't the 360 charting? Has it been discontinued? Is this a recent thing or have I just been overlooking it?
Media Create has stopped tracking it. Its sales have been negligible for a while now and it turns 10 this year so software releases are slowing down to a trickle.
Thanks was just wondering. I see they also dropped the PSP as well. XB1 is actually nearing those same lows. But I guess it won't be dropped because being a new gen console makes it relevant enough. That is, as long as MS sees it worthwhile for XB1 to be sold in Japan.
Xbox 259 units -__________- Its going down every week. That 3DS rules in japan though
