gamrReview's Xavier Griffiths: "The PlayStation Vita may not be the most talked about gaming platform out there but it has undoubtedly amassed a strong library of titles over the years, with 2014 bringing with it another batch of excellent games. Spotlighted in the list of games below - admittedly a bit Japanese-centric - are some of the most unique and enthralling Vita games released this past year. They prove that deep, satisfying gameplay experiences can fit in your pocket and are accessible at the push of a button or, in the Vita’s case, a swipe of the rear touchpad."
Starting today, Rogue Legacy and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter are free at Epic Games Store. The free game offer runs until April 14 at 11 AM Eastern. Once you claim it, it’s yours to keep.
If you love the Danganronpa series, Good Smile Company has a treat for you coming down the line, a figure portraying Nagito Komaeda.
Sammy: "Two high-profile PS Vita exclusives, Freedom Wars and Soul Sacrifice, will have their servers deactivated on 24th December, 2021. Both titles, published by Sony in response to its loss of Monster Hunter exclusivity, were built around co-operative play, and maintained relatively dedicated communities to this day."
Oreshika is also getting it servers shut down too. Big shame for these games. Honestly some of Vita's gems.
I'm surprised these were even still up! Loved the Vita though, had some great times with that handheld.
These games deserve sequels or remakes. It was Soul Sacrifice that even got me into Monster Hunter.
This why you never should have achievements/trophies locked to online only features.
For me it's Murasaki Baby <3 Fantastic game
All great games, suggest any vita owner to trying em out. Freedom Wars is my pick.
Mine would be the Ratchet and Clank Collection.
Danganronpa 2 was one of my main top ones because of the suspense and wonder the first one left me with.
