Ryu and Akuma continue their fight - with a few surprises.
Man this game is gonna be sick, sweet trailer.
In SF4 all the characters are steroid users with muscles rivaling Mr Olympia. The anime portrays normal looking dudes duking it out. Ill have to pass on this game. Even with these extra characters, and I heard they also adding Fei Long back in, its still looking like a SF2 remake to me. Not worth 60 bucks to play the same 2d fighter. I have wasted enough money on SF franchise.
that was awsome
I have to give props to the director and team (behind the animation) for bringing life to the Street Fighter universe in this form. A truly epic trailer. It would be cool if they made a new animated series with that kind of quality.
Does anyone know if the kamehamaha (watever spelling) came from SF first or DB cause searching on wiki Dragon Ball was released on 1984 whereas SF came out in 1987 I always though that DB were the ones that ripped that off...
If you mean the Kamehameha, I would say Akira Toriyama may of came up with the idea first seeing as his franchise was the first one to be established. I believe Goku learned it from Master Roshi when he was young, but then again I'm not 100% sure if it was before the inception of Street Fighter.
THIS is how you make a promotional trailer. Congratulations to Capcom.
WOW THIS GAME IS GOING TO KICK @@S ALL WAYS LOVED THE GAME AND ALWAYS WILL (MABY THEY WILL MAKE A NEW POWERSTONE ASWELL THINKING OUTLOUD)
Sweet!! Goukin is still alive. Hope he is unlockable in the game
gouki is akuma :b
this confirms gouki(akuma) and Gouken as playable characterS? i hope so
Gouki vs. Gouken Epic Battle :) Damn, another game I have to money on. :( Stupid expensive hobby. :P
.... lovely :}
It looked like Akuma was going for Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon) at the end. If so, Ryu was lucky Ken interrupted.
Finally, I know Akuma is in the game. My two favorite characters is duking it out.
supposedly, CAPCOM had said that Akuma wouldn't be in Street Fighter IV. I had heard rumors last year that Gouken might be in it, but they didn't acknowledge any of those rumors either. I was really looking forward to this game before; if this means they're both in this game, my head may just explode
Ken is so cool! admit it, he is !
After that trailer I got my money together I'm buying a PS3 today! Now I know that the wii is not enough. And SF4 looks sick I love it can't wait to kick but online : )
yeah this game is gonna be tight!! the anime is just icing on the top..love the street fighter series and it looks like SFIV will be one of the best fighters ever...tiger uppercut..does anyone know if Sagat will be in the game???
One of my all time fav SF characters. Next to Ryu, Gouki, and Cammy.... :) Edit: http://www.gametrailers.com...
Mr Tiger Uppercut himself will be in SF4. There should be some pictures of Sagat in SF4 around the net you should look. I know i remember seeing him and DJ and Vega in SF4 pics.
Looks like that ugly SF Generations artwork. Would have been better if they got the SF Alpha movie guys to work on it.
I thought the animation wasn't very good, but the fight was SICK with that version of Ryu's SF2 music in the background. Hopefully that song is in the game!
Seeing the new anime intros and endings makes me wish that they had gone with sprites again. The in game graphics just seem to clash with the anime style they are using for the intros and endings. They said the reason they didn't go with sprites this time around is because of the fact that they feel they got everything you could get out of a sprite in Street Fighter III but I think that's BS as there have been many games since SFIII with far better sprites such as Odin Sphere and the Guilty Gear games and Blaz Blue looks to blow everything else away as well. Games still gonna be awesome and a day one pick up but I just wish they had went with a different art style for the in game graphics.
i hope ken have some good and long fight scene's.
epic. I just wished chun li was in this one
