PC Gamer: Supreme Ruler 2020 Review

The poor controls are matched by equally unimpressive graphics and sound. You'll love:
- Complex global strategy
- Cabinet ministers help out
- Numerous modes supply replayability

You'll hate:
- Woefully inadequate tutorial
- Poor controls
- Unimpressive graphics and sound
