With 343 Industries’ Halo 5: Guardians’ release likely a year or more away, unlike most betas the upcoming early-access Halo 5 multiplayer really is a true work-in-progress. Here are 5 things you need to know about the upcoming Halo 5 beta.
At first I wasn't impressed with Halo 5 but I really like the direction 343 Industries is taking the franchise with Guardians.
This gmae looks horrible. Halo CoD edition lolz.
Not sure if trolling, or salty he didn't get access to the early beta.
you must hate your bubbles
To each their own. I found my test run with it fantastic and definitely a move in the right direction for the series MP piece.
I love gmaes
lOL JOKES ON YOU. i LIKE SALT.,
Lmao! This guy
1) It's Halo, nothing like COD AT ALL. 2) Balanced weapons 3) More tactical 4) Announcer sounds great 5) This game is already sick, even in BETA. @Kingscorpion81 COD has floaty jumps, same weapon starts, hover while ADS, man cannons, stupidly far grenade throws, sticky grenades, jet bash, swords, clamber, map control elements, power weapons, balanced weapons??? In what world? I can understand seeing some elements from Destiny but COD is a stretch in my opinion. And why isn't it a system seller? Is it because its not on your preferred platform?
I agree but still not a system seller. I agree from 2 to 5 but it felt similar to Call of Duty and Destiny Multiplayer
Simply putting the words "Halo" in a game automatically makes an Xbox title a "system seller."
The announcer sounds terrible imo. Not the main one, but the second one i guess. When he said "double keeel" i literally cringed
Sometimes the announcer really does sound strangely off. I think maybe it could have something to do with too many things being announced during a match.
I had early access to it. Its different but not a system seller to me. Yes I'm enjoying it but there's way better multiplayer games out there just saying. Looks like every developer wants to copy call of duty and titan fall because this game is fast.
the campaign is going to be absolutely epic. and yes the Halo brand does sell systems.
What MP would you consider way better? Were going off a beta here with 2 maps lol. Then again, going off some of your comments about xbox and MS in the past, I guess its no surprise youre here saying this
I bet you do enjoy salt..
Here comes the fan boys lol
shields can’t be recovered while running. I guess that's more Tactical
Sort of. I still think running needs to be limited though. It makes the game far too fast.
Honestly I feel like this game masters all of Halo's strong points from the previous iterations. It brings back the map control/power weapon control from Halo 1-3 along with the equal starts and a very strong competitive aspect. It takes the pure aggressiveness from Halo 4 which I'm on board with and takes the old Armor Abilities and makes it work across the board for all players. Plus the new take on sprinting is something I was very intrigued with since it doesn't let people run away and avoid a firefight but rather helps rush weapons and make a quick get a way. All in all I can see this being the best Halo multiplayer to date nostalgia aside. Also can't wait to see how the campaign unfolds as well since 343 knows how to tell a great story as proven with Halo 4 and Spartan Ops.
I'm curious as how this will play out because I haven't played any Halo MP since 3 was released. The changes seem okay from what I've seen in videos and in the end it's still Halo I guess and hopefully 343 won't screw it up like the MCC.
