Imported the PS3 game during the summer, all in Japanese unfortunatley.. but the gameplay is damned good, totally getting this.

I doubt it will ever come to North America, all the DS All Star games never got translated over. That shouldn't stop you tho from picking it up and using a walkthrough to play Storymode and unlocking all the characters and enjoying the gameplay.

Didn't they just announce the other day that, much like Eddie Murphy, this is coming to America?

"Eddie Murphy" Dude, why? Lmfao!

Dude just yesterday an announcement trailer confirms a NA release for the game for Ps3, Ps Vita and Ps4. Everyone had their doubts even me but times are changing, the times of games never coming over are slowly disappearing this is the best example for it. And this is a good thing too another good example to my statement so to localize Gundam Extreme Versus that should be just as hard if not harder for them to localize.

Wouldn't Goku beat the crap out of anyone in this game?

I mean, I know its a fighting game and things like that don't matter, but really, power wise, isn't Goku in a whole different league?

I don't watch a lot of anime anymore, so really don't know who most of these characters are.

I watched anime when it was at its best in my opinion. Vampire Hunter D, Ninja Scroll, Spriggan, Escaflowne, Ghost in the Shell, Cowboy Bebop. All these shows are just nowhere near as good as the classics in my opinion. Although I will say that Samurai Champloo was awesome.
