Minnesota Pays $65,000 in Legal Fees to the ESA

Teamxbox: The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) announced today that the state of Minnesota has been told that they have to pay the video game industry $65,000 in attorney fees and expenses incurred as a result of their successful challenge to Minnesota's unconstitutional video game law. Citizens shouldn't be mad at the game industry for fighting for the first amendment. They should be mad at the government for putting up an obviously unconstitutional law.
