There's been quite a bit of Ubisoft hate going around lately. They aren't that bad, as a matter of fact they've produced a veritable plethora of great games. Today [the escapist] goes back and focus on those games that were fun to play, and helped change the face of gaming.
Hanzala from eXputer: "With Ubisoft's practices becoming increasingly anti-consumer lately, the destruction of The Sands of Time Remake looks almost inevitable."
Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.
*Ubi takes gun, aims at foot, empties clip*
Top executives including games boss Sean Shoptaw have also been promoted…
Behind XDefiant's toxic work culture, crunch, delays, and a group of directors and managers internally referred to as 'The Boys Club'.

Every industry has these issues
Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
Ubisoft of yesteryear > Modern Ubisoft. I'll never forget the first time I played the original Splinter Cell on Xbox. Miss those days so much.
Ubisoft have made some pretty great games yes but they've also done some outlandishly dickish things that have put them quite firmly on the shit list of many PC gamers.
When ubisoft stop selling broken games and refusing to fix them the hate is very much justified.
One page per game? No thanks Escapist Magazine. Try harder next time.
