Ripten After Dark: What E3 Never Was But Should Be

Ripten writes:

With E3 fast approaching, we've decided to put this video up to demonstrate the awesomeness that we will never see there. The following should be considered "not safe for work," but it might be worth the risk to watch this video right now anyways.

This video is from last year's Games Convention in Germany. I have no idea what the game is they are promoting, but we are officially giving it a 10. E3 and it's booth babe-itude has drastically reduced over the past few years, but at least the Europeans still have their heads on straight. Okay, I'll stop writing now and let the video speak for itself.

The story is too old to be commented.

The hotness of this video is beyond words. That's it, I'm moving to Germany!

If you like to watch pornstars dance, you should go to a porn convention.

That kind of stuff is unsuitable for a games convention. And the very fact that there are people out there thinking this is normal and even so called "journalists" who are arguing that E3 should look just like that, is very disturbing.

This is the reason why you hear people complain about videogames.

I love girls even more when when their licking each other at gaming conventions

Twizlex3671d ago

I would love it more if they licked me at a games convention, or just in my house.

Nostradavis3671d ago

That girl in the green is smoking hot. I would buy whatever they are selling.

I'm glad that this isn't part of E3 anymore. If gaming is to become truly mainstream and be taking more seriously as an art-form and business by outside groups, politicians and parents... then getting rid of such stuff at the biggest industry event of the year is a wise move, in spite its unpopularity.

penguinhunter3671d ago

No, the only reason the booth babes had left e3 (they had to tone it down after 2004) was because the WOMAN who worked at the event and gaming companies were offend. Not because they wanted games to be taken more seriously. Video games are purchased dominantly by men. Men also love looking at half naked woman. Have you ever seen/been to a Hollywood junket!? I would consider movies an art form, but they also tend to have half naked woman around too. (I'm talking about junkets)

Also last time I checked, the car industry is considered a "serious" industry as well. Have you ever been/seen a car convention!?

green3671d ago (Edited 3671d ago )

Simply disagree.I have attended two very big motor shows before and yes there are sexy women around the cars to sell them(usually crap cars) but nothing as shocking as what was shown in that video.

In the motorshows all the women do is stand by the car, take of the covers when the car needs to be unveiled and open the doors and stuff if you want to get in.

In the UK the videogame industry has recently surpassed the movie and music industry but still doesn't have a fraction of the respect that the music and movie industry has.And turning it into an avenue for cheap porn to be exploited is sickening.

Conventions like this are the best way for the industry to prove itself as superfragillistic pointed out, and making the conventions entertaining and mature is the best way to do it.

"No, the only reason the booth babes had left e3 (they had to tone it down after 2004) was because the WOMAN who worked at the event and gaming companies were offend."

Honestly, so even he knew that women working there and for the companies got offended.

Jeez, I wonder why those women were so offended.

penguinhunter, you cant tie the two together or what? How long did it took you to wrote that post? So you know they got offended and still dont see the problem. You that dense?

Penguinhunter: "WRONG...The movie industry is STILL making more money. If you count BOTH DVDs and Theater sales, its not even close.

It's also cheaper to own and go the theater combined then it is to by a new xbox 360 game"

Kid, you are obviously delirious because thats not even the point.

Nostradavis3671d ago

Ok Green, I am calling you out right now. Are you saying that you have never in your life watched porn?

green3671d ago (Edited 3671d ago )

Ha ha.Of course i have watched porn but it was in the comfort of my home and not at a games convention or a motor show event.

All i am saying is that there is a time and place for everything and there is no place for porn in a major games convention.

Nostradavis3670d ago

And I am just saying that we all know sex sells -- this country we live in (I personally reside in the US) for some reason seems to be ashamed of the human body. It's ok to watch it in you home as long as it is never spoken of and everyone act offended when they see it in public. How hypocritical is that??
