Perhaps it's time to return to World of Warcraft?

MWEB GameZone writes: "This month World of Warcraft will celebrate its 10th anniversary, perhaps it's time to return to Azeroth. The Warlords of Draenor with its "darker" content seems to be attracting a lot more players than Mists of Pandaria.

Blizzard confirmed that World of Warcraft is currently the target of a DDOS attack."

The story is too old to be commented.

It astounds me how this game just keeps on chugging along. It been 10 years and there's still 7 million people actively playing it. Is there another game with that kind of longevity? I don't think so.

What do you mean by longevity, I think that's more than just longevity. I've never played WoW, but I played FFXI off and on since it came out on PS2 in U.S. (I think 2002?) up until 2008.. it's still actively supported by SE, even after FFXIV, and still played by a few hundred thousand people, and the game really was as popular as WoW at any point of its or WoW's life. I'd say that's longevity.

Longevity yes, but not on the scale of WoW

One does not simply return to the World of Warcraft.

Lag problems, garrisons not working. T_T

Read the article, there's a huge DDOS attack

Actually my garrison has been fine, its a nice safe zone from the lag lol.

But its expected MANY MANY returning players chugging the servers and a DDOS attack....

But im lvl 94 on my paladin having a blast.
