Here are some features Bloodborne could take from the Dark Souls games to leverage everything From Software has done right until now.

lol, you'd be surprised. There are actually a lot of people that think Miyazaki (sp) is stealing the idea of Bloodborne from Dark Souls 1 and 2!

The level design for Demon's Souls is far better than Dark Souls imo Legendary items? this isn't Borderlands it's Bloodborne
-Overall Difficulty Bloodborne will be difficult, don't worry about that. -Level Design Why would you want it to be like Dark Souls? Demons Souls had the better overall level design and atmosphere. From Software already said their striving to make you feel as if you were in world 3-1. -Underlying Story I honestly felt DeSo had the better characters and story, but thats just my opinion. -Legendary items Most of those weapons were copied from Demons Souls
why would he need to steal things from a game he basically created??
Although I'm sure they were hoping to make Bloodborne a game which was easy, had poor level design and a naff story, you never know, they might take your advice and try to aim a bit higher... As for legendary items, I'm fairly certain the preset classes in the alpha were purely there so players were able to try it with different styles. The inference being that the main game would be closer to the Souls games level progression.
Let me tell the guy who made the Souls series how his next game should have the elements that made his games a success... You should be a professional advisor or something.
As far as I am concerned it doesn't have to do anything the souls series does. This is bloodborne, not demons souls 2 or dark souls 3. At least without the "loot" weapons won't get nerfed for some dumb meta and "builds" can go the way of the dodo and players can just enjoy the game, instead of making it something it was never meant to be.
