The ESA are well-known for putting forward selective evidence as a result of their confirmation bias.

Genuine statisticians or economists would rip their studies to shreds.

But I thought all the people buying used games didn't matter because the VG market was kicking so much butt?? Oh shoot I guess feeding a greedy company that creates NOTHING was a bad decision.

This is of course a combination of factors but pre owned sales/piracy have really hurt the market.
