Power Up Gaming's Amber Colyer talks about how BioWare's latest title should take inspiration from another popular EA-published RPG.
alamur deserved so much more. As a new ip, it nailed pretty much everything. Shame what happened to the studio. Did the amalur ip sell to anyone?
KOA:R was a great game, but DA has a greater game to learn from in Origins. To say that the combat should be more like Devil May Cry is enough for lovers of the isometric (like me) to see you burned, flayed and dropped in acid. The storyline and characters in Amalur weren't near as engaging either.
Pretty sure saying the combat system was "like" DMC and saying that DA:I needs to be more like DMC is not the same thing.
What about the other way around? Are there things that Amalur could have learned from Dragon Age?
