Don't get your hopes too high. I can virtually guarantee it will target 30fps on consoles, just like the majority of other games this generation. It still looks like an incredible game either way.

They better deliver after the monumental failure that was Mass Effect in that department.
They'd be hard pressed to do worse. I just hope they don't screw up the plot and themes as badly as ME3.
