MWEB GameZone Writes:" Call of Duty:Advanced Warfare is almost here, and as we get closer to the launch, excitement builds. Today we take a look at 5 things that will make you get hyped for this years Call of Duty title."
Kevin Spacey. Nuff said
over rated actor, if you want a legendary actor, look at people like Morgan Freeman. Furthermore that's not a good enough reason to support a BO2 addon
You're crazy, Kevin Spacey was great in American Beauty!
To each his own :)
I honestly think it's a disservice to the gaming medium when developers use Hollywood actors in their games. Either on screen or as voice actors. Just carries on the perception that games are less then movies and we, as gamers, should be honored to have a real actor in a game.
I see it the other way mate. It's good that big actors are willing to work in the gaming industry as it helps break down a some boundaries in terms of the way it's perceived. Too many non-gaming folk still see it as a geeky past-time, and not the credible story-telling platform that it is. Then again, perhaps most actors would do anything for a fat pay-cheque.
I was shocked how bad Spacey looked, but I probably comparing to the Halo 4 facial animation. It doesn't matter anyway, there are way too many similar games that run on dedicated servers available these days and we're no longer forced to deal with P2P hosting drivel that the COD franchise serves. COD is DOA until they switch to true dedicated servers and by then they will have to convince games to play there game instead of battlefront, division, Halo, crackdown, gears of war, destiny, titanfall, etc, etc.
Not to defend the CoD gravy train, but, dedicated servers are not always the answer to every game. They have their own set of problems. In the case of CoD, whisper servers are used instead. These too have problems. Remember, if you created something and it made you 1 billion dollars and a year later you realized that you could make it again and make another billion, you can bet your best Berber you would do it again and again. My point: Why change something that allows you the ability to fly around in a private jet, smash ladies on your $30 million yacht or buy up more development teams than the competition? You don't.
should i get it for the xbox one or ps4?
Xbox One when it comes to CoD
I hope there are House Of Cards Easter Eggs
This article Implies I'm not already hyped.
That's because he was talking to me.
Been hyped for previous editions and that has lead to egg all over my face for being stupid enough to believe it, this year I'll wait and watch some gameplay to see if it's worthwhile
Better be not like Destiny, that game is bigger let down than shooting blank :P
Maybe you expected too much? I didn't go in with any crazy expectations and I love Destiny on PS4. The gameplay and graphics are sick. I just got to Mars and already feel like I got my money's worth. I expect the same with Advanced Warfare. Some people just have expectations that can't be met...
the killzone player from house of cards.
One reason not to get hyped for Call of Duty: Its Activision
I'm hyped it looks like they made a genuine effort to change it up so I'm looking forward to a fresh take on the series
One other reason not to get hyped.... another one comes out next year.
If the single player footage on youtube titled "Traffic" is anything to go by, this game is going to be amazing. I haven't really played a COD campaign since I completed the MW series but Advanced Warfare looks sick. Add in the coop and MP, this will be a nice little package well worth the asking price. Can't wait for November 3rd!
Already excited... So ready for AW!
I'm not even looking twice at this game, really who cares now? It's just an other COD game trying to stay relevant so they add a little titenfall. I no I'm going to get dislikes from all the COD fanboys but COD needs to end, they've killed it.
I'm not hyped at all. since the reveal of this thing.
