Ubisoft just released a batch of screenshots and artwork of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Unity, hitting the shelves for PC, Xbox One and PS4 on November 11th.
I'm suprised how effin big the crowds are.
An advantage of multiple gigabytes of memory. It'll be interesting to see if there will be stuttering in those scenes. Now this big a number of people in an RPG town would be a dream, for example in a game like The Witcher. Although NPCs with A.I will be bottle-necked by the CPU in such circumstances.
Yeah, they're amazing. It's easy to see why this game is demanding on the CPU.
Despite my disappointment in Ubisoft's decision to downgrade the PS4 version of the game, I gotta give it to the artists and animators for creating a gorgeous setting for the game. Both the game screenshots and the concept arts are top notch. I don't know how the game overall will be like, but it is visually stunning.
Despite my disappointment in Ubisoft gimping the Xbox One version. I gotta give it to them. They did a wonderful job. I would've appreciated the higher frames per second tho.
I am ready to pre-order the PC version if they would hurry up and release the hardware requirements..
I think an R9 280X/GTX 770 should be enough for ultra or very high settings.
The art design always looks good.
LoL, but for real it looks pretty outstanding
Yeah, but it's because the game is pushing graphics and crowds and scale to all new heights. Seriously, the global illumination, the physically based rendering, the hair and skin shaders, the absolutely massive scale of the city and the unprecedented size of the crowds...all of these things add up to one incredible technical achievement. I knew before anything was even announced about the resolution that this game would be demanding.
I find it interesting all the trailers (for every AC game thus far) only show the memories, and nothing hinting towards the present-day plot. I guess at first that wanted that to be a pleasant surprise, but I figured by this time in the story they might switch it up a bit. These screen shots look amazing and I'm anxious for this to be released!
Before anyone mentions the parity issue, it's not actually parity, it's so the game doesn't get downgraded like watch dogs.
So they are not going to downgrade it by downgrading it? Alrighty then...
That crowd! Anyone else thinking 9,000 kill combo?
