Thanks to your efforts, the Raccoon City contagion spread through social media and infected the entire town! And as promised on residentevil.com, this has unlocked Chris and Jill's BSAA outfits in the upcoming enhanced version of Resident Evil!
I was hoping for a better surprise but thats cool too .
I would have preferred the Road Warrior and Red Riding Hood costumes myself, but whatever.
A few weapons from Resi 2/3 would be nice and only made available by completing certain ranks and timed play throughs like the old days along with extra costumes.
Remind Me RE 5: Lost in Nightmares
I'll be staying as far away as possible from these costumes, Brrrr..
Meh...an OK little extra, but nothing spectacular. Original costumes all the way. A better bonus would've been a remix mode where you could play as other Resident Evil characters like Leon, Barry or Claire. Would've only needed a few changes in text and dialogue and a character replacement here or there. Either way, I'm still getting this on day one. Screw the new control scheme though, there's no good animation transitions when you change direction, so the models just switch direction really quickly and it looks dumb. Old school controls all the way, it's the intended way to play the game. People saying they're old or clunky just haven't a clue what they're talking about....tank controls are the best way to maintain consistency of direction in a fixed camera angle system. It takes 2 minutes to get used to, if that.
Jesus I miss tank controls
Prefered over the flavourless RE6 gameplay, a little personality does wonders.
Whoa I just noticed something, why does Chris look like a grown man with the bsaa costume on? Maybe just a copy/paste job.... it would be the easiest. Not hating on them. Just curious to know.
Eghhhh STARS > BSAA don't taint old school RE with reminders of everything that doesn't work in the new ones. Keith and Quint chapters anyone? No? No one? Yeah.
Wesker costume anyone? Now THAT would kick ass. Dead ass.
