Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS Has Received its First Review Score

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS has received its first review score within the illustrious pages of Japan’s Weekly Famitsu.

The magazine’s four-strong review writing team were rather taken aback by the riotous brawler’s transition to portable play, individually awarding the game 9, 9, 9 and 10 – leading to an overall score of 37 out of 40.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS will release across Europe and North America on October 3rd.

The story is too old to be commented.

Goty lol

not much competition at all. I wouldn't be surprised if Smash gets it

Even with competition, Smash is a game that deserves the consideration.

I wouldnt be surprised. I actually kinda hope it does.

Magicite1379d ago

I cant consider this type of a game to be GOTY, its too shallow.

TongkatAli1379d ago

Too bad it couldn't get the same score as FF XII, puhuhuhh.

I see that Nintendo didn't pay Famitsu for a perfect score!

Just joking. Nowadays, Famitsu is Japanese IGN.

Omar911379d ago

Whats wrong with IGN?

Eamon1379d ago

Famitsu should trade their Final Fantasy scores for Smash Bros. Half the pile of crap dished out by Sqaure in the last decade have better scores than Smash Bros.

I Never take Famitsu reviews in consideration for any game, the way the Famitsu reviewrs review games must be one of the,if not the worst i have ever saw!
