Madden NFL 15 Review {Critically Sane}

Critically Sane: "Madden NFL 15 is the football game I’ve been waiting so long for. It’s not going to turn the Madden world on its head, as there are no fundamental, earth-shattering changes here. Madden NFL 15 is, however, the refined experience long overdue for series fans, as well as an excellent entry point for people looking to learn the ins-and-outs of both Madden and football itself."

Gotcha! It's good to see differing opinion on this game but, for now, I'm sticking with the consensus of the game community at large that this game (along with NHL 15) isn't up to the standards of next gen.

The lack of competition is making these severely lacking games appear to be "the [best X experience] I've been waiting for".

This is BY FAR the best Madden game ever to exist IMO.

It does WAY too many things right for me to complain about any one minor thing.

* The Franchise mode is amazing, it makes you feel like it's a real thing.

There are new tweets from the ESPN people after every game about what is happening within YOUR LEAGUE.

EX: Retirments, earning NFL All time Records, Trades, Draft Stories about potential picks, player develoment, random insight ect...

That + Legacy, actually makes you build everything towards one long term goal, and helps make you care about your players even more.

The Running game is amazing, and the physics are definite the most realistic I've seen in ANY sports game I've played.

* I've been impressed and amazed more from this version of Madden, the the last 10+ sports games I've played combined.

That's great to hear, 3-4-5, and I'm glad that you are enjoying the game.

Unfortunately, I've more than 10 years of baggage surrounding this product so maybe I'm a bit more jaded than the average football consumer.

You shared some really good points in your comment but from videos like the one below, I think the running game would infuriate me to no end.
