G3AR: "With the success of the PS4 and Xbox One as well as the ongoing success of the Nintendo 3DS and (arguable successful of the) PS Vita, console gaming is looking to maintain firm foothold in the industry. That said, PC gaming is currently outselling the competition and Steam is a large part of that success. And it’s Steam we want to focus on today.
Is Steam doing enough for PC gaming? Origin, GOG and Uplay all offer better customer service and refunds (despite any other flaws). Steam’s interface is slow and archaic and they seem to be focusing on the wrong areas (like the Steambox and Linux) rather than other arguably more important things like continuing desktop support and Half-life 3! Is it time to re-evaluate?"
