Continuing the series legacy of delivering the essential survival horror experience, Resident Evil Revelations 2 promises all new horrors, terrifying locations and dramatic twists and turns.
the episodic content is a huge let down, mainly because it actually looks really good but at least we have evil within, silent hills , until dawn and ethan carter
While it is sad, they'll launch a disk when done, pick it up then.
Don't forget Alien Isolation. If you're not cool with the episodic releases, just buy the retail release. The 1st revelations was episodic too after all.
resident evil needs a reboot, back to raccoon city
like i said before this game will fail and here is the reasons : 1 - zombie its not zombie its something else , we want old zombie and that's didn't happen . 2 - CO-OP will kill the feeling of horror . 3 - the zombie they call it not zombie appear in this trailer and the previous pictures with knives and pipe and hammer and this the most stupid thing crapcom do it . 4 - we miss claire but look want they do to her face . 5 - we ask about barry and look what the bring to us , barry daughter !!! 5 - the episodic thing they do its another stupid idea . CRAPCOOM DAMN YOU .
1- This looks like Silent Hill Homecoming with Claire 2- Agreed 3- Silent Hill Rejected Monsters again 4- Yep, she looks old as hell 5- Ca$hcom doesn't like money 6- Yeah it's pretty dumb.
I think they are just testing the waters with this game, if it takes off, I can see this getting a season treatment like the walking dead games.
I was not looking forward to this one bit but that trailer looks intence
I'm not sure..I really hate episodic games
I had high hopes for this as I enjoyed part 1 more than 6 but disappointed in the episodic approach, but the trailer did look good
Capcom is ruining my gamer life since Resi6. Episodic = flop
Looking good. Need more co-op scene of Claire & Moira though.
What I don't get is the episodic approach. Capcom said that if you buy all four episodes on one disc, you will get extra content for a couple of dollars more. So why would I get the game per episode if the complete experience can be had after a month or so?
I think the idea is to attract a larger audience since you can try the first episode for only $6. Also there is a season pass so you can get all episodes digital for cheaper than the retail disc. I think it is a good business decision because the first game didn't sell very well and this way more people will try it. Personally I wish they would release the disc day 1 and then let people buy episodes individually if they want it would make more sense.
That makes sense; I think I spoke too soon. However, this approach is quite double-edged. If the masses don't like the first episode, it's not like Capcom can cancel the development of the remaining episodes. Maybe there will be more chapters than 4; maybe development of the chapters beyond the 4th will depend on the success of the initial episodes.
I hope the disc version includes the RE1 remake.
This honestly looks great.. i will wait for the disc version i hate downloads still tho since its 40 i have the fear its gonna be a short game.
Love how i now have only 2 bubbles for comments can anyone tell me how that happens?
OMG I'M SO HYPED...not.
This is the bastard kid of the evil within and silent hill with a sauce of walking dead episodic flavor. Mmm yumi
